Chris Mihaletos is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and family office principal with more than two decades of leadership experience in building, scaling, and transforming businesses across the industrial services, engineering, and civil construction sectors. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Chris immigrated to the U.S. with his family in 2001, bringing with him a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to create lasting opportunities. Prior to founding MACK Management, Chris was Founder and CEO of AIMS Companies. At its peak, AIMS employed over 600 people and managed a fleet of more than 400 pieces of specialized equipment, positioning it as one of the leading providers of environmental, industrial, and municipal infrastructure services in the U.S. AIMS grew to operate in 37 of the 48 lower states. Following his retirement from AIMS, Chris founded MACK Management Family Office, an investment and management platform focused on private equity, real estate, and operating company acquisitions. Guided by a philosophy of disciplined growth and hands-on leadership, Chris and his team have successfully built a portfolio of high-performing businesses, including Capitol Engineering, Earth Development and Jimmy Hickman Excavating. Chris was named CEO of the Year in 2021 by the Phoenix Business Journal, a testament to his ability to drive growth while maintaining strong organizational values.

As the Operating Partner at MACK Management, Steven brings extensive expertise across civil engineering, residential construction, wet and dry utilities, energy infrastructure, metal works, and OTR logistics. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force behind aggressive corporate growth, successfully executing both inorganic and organic expansion strategies. Steven’s track record includes the completion of over 10 M&A transactions with an average arbitrage multiple of 3.5X, as well as the organic launch of standing up over 25 new market facilities . With a strong background in building Business Development teams and leading the Go to Market initiatives, many multi-year strategic partnerships have been negotiated and executed with more than 25 Fortune 500 clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and maintains General Contractors licensure in 14 states with reciprocating coverage in an additional 17 states.

Brian is an experienced finance and operations executive with a strong background in real estate, strategic planning, and financial management. As Corporate Controller at MACK Management, he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and investment activity. Prior to joining the company, Brian served as Controller at a private equity real estate firm, where he oversaw a $200 million portfolio and led key functions including underwriting, cash flow modeling, and lender relations. He also held positions at ANGI and J.S. Held, where he directed initiatives focused on turnaround consulting, corporate restructuring, and strategic growth. Brian began his career at Mercer, developing financial models for state healthcare systems. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa.

Antonio is a Senior Associate at Mack Management, where he focuses on business development and marketing initiatives across the firm’s portfolio and investment interests. He graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in business communications from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In late 2023, Antonio acquired an over-the-road trucking company to expand upon an existing presence in the logistics sector. Over the past two years, he has overseen operations, safety, strategic planning, growth strategy, and client relations. This experience has provided him with a strong foundation in managing and scaling a business in a competitive industry. Bringing together his background in communications, entrepreneurship, and operational leadership, Antonio applies his expertise to identify growth opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and build strategic partnerships within the family office.

Josh joined MACK Management in 2025 and currently serves as the FP&A manager. In this role, Josh is primarily responsible for assisting operating companies with financial analysis, planning, and reporting and helps to evaluate and execute on new investment opportunities. Prior to joining MACK, Josh most recently worked as a manager in KPMG’s financial due diligence group. In this role, he helped a variety of private equity and corporate clients perform due diligence on investment opportunities across a diverse set of industries. Josh began his career as an auditor with EY, focusing on audits of private equity funds, REITs, and other financial service companies. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona and is excited to be a part of the team here at MACK.

Denise has 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in strategic financial management, risk control, and operational efficiencies across diverse industries. Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, ERP system implementation, compliance audits, and overseeing financial teams. Denise has led financial operations in healthcare, construction, and utilities, optimizing processes and ensuring alignment with company objectives. She excels in streamlining reporting, managing leases under ASC 842, and providing executive-level financial insights.

Melissa is an experienced and solutions-driven professional with a strong background in executive support, office management, and financial operations. With over a decade of cross-industry experience—including property management, marketing, logistics, and pharmaceutical sales—she excels at streamlining processes, managing complex administrative workflows, and supporting leadership with strategic insight. Known for her ability to build trusted relationships with executives, staff, clients, and vendors, she brings a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented mindset to every team she supports.
